Rocco & Aly’s gorgeous Gateway Canyons Resort wedding day was celebrated with boundless joy. There was impeccable style and deep love and lively music and endless laughter and SO MUCH dancing under the vast starry sky, forever and ever. It was the perfect blend of luxury and energetic, laid-back fun. Think jaw-dropping details, wild dancing under the stars, live music, sparklers, and joy that simply couldn’t be contained.

Set against the dramatic red rock canyons and sweeping desert views of western Colorado, this Gateway Canyons Resort wedding was cinematic & breathtaking from the very beginning. The landscape alone makes you question whether it’s real – towering cliffs glowing in the warm light, wide open skies, and a sense of being completely wrapped in nature. We couldn’t believe what we rolled into when we first arrived! It was bold and colorful and alive in all the best ways; a perfect venue for such an energetic day.
Rocco & Aly’s love story is anything but boring – after all, they got engaged at Burning Man. Their wedding was a perfect reflection of that spirit.
It was loud and joyful and wild, the kind of party where the dance floor never empties and time doesn’t exist. From every single jaw-dropping details & design to their sweet pup Zuko by their side; from a heartfelt ceremony that could’ve been a movie to a sparkly sparkler exit that lit up the desert night. Every moment was intentional and unforgettable and just so darn magical.
And then there were the guests. Rocco & Aly’s community of friends & family was like nothing we’ve ever seen. Music & art & words overflowed – each shared so deeply from some of their most important people. Every part of this wedding was deeply personal, and yet just really authentically fun. It was artful, expressive, and wildly heartfelt.

What it all comes down to is this: an epic day, surrounded by an incredible community of people, celebrated in one of the most breathtaking venues in Colorado. When we say a day was magic, this is what we mean.
