We really can’t guarantee a turnaround time for film before knowing the project’s scope, but videos are delivered via digital download and shareable embed links on Vimeo. Photos are delivered via an online gallery within 4-6 weeks, depending on the project's scope. Social media cuts are delivered within 3-4 weeks.
WHEN + HOW WILL I receive MY GALLERY AND/OR FILM?
Once we chat about your needs and pick a package (or build something custom), we'll send you a contract and invoice. For one-time sessions, a 30% retainer locks in your date with the remaining balance due before your session. Monthly sessions require a 10% retainer, with the remaining balance split among the number of sessions booked due in advance of each.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK beforehand?
Short answer: nope. Longer (but still brief) answer: We take a more natural, lifestyle-driven approach to headshots. Instead of traditional backdrops, we’ll work with you to find a location that actually fits your brand, whether that’s your local coffee shop, favorite hiking trail, home office, or even a styled short-term rental we can book by the hour. We’ll chat through your vision and goals and help you choose a space that best tells your story.
Can you bring BACKDROPS to use?
Yes, we love documenting highly curated, beautifully designed homes and cabins! But if you own a fully-furnished, cookie-cutter rental home, we’re probably not the team for you. Our STR services include curated image galleries perfect for your booking platforms and social media, plus options for video walk-throughs and aerial flyovers to showcase your property. If you'd like to see some examples, we’re happy to send over a few home galleries.
DO YOU OFFER SHORT-TERM RENTAL PHOTO AND VIDEO?
Not exactly—but don’t worry! While we can’t use most well-known songs heard on the radio due to licensing laws, Dave, a lifelong musician, has a killer ear for pairing music with mood. We license all tracks legally, and our clients consistently rave about how spot-on the vibes are.
CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR FILM?
In short? Everywhere. Social media, your website, email marketing, print materials—you name it. You'll get commercial usage rights for anything we create for you to use for your business. Although tagging us isn’t mandatory (but highly appreciated) if you use your photos and videos on your social media accounts, we require that you share our contact information with any large platforms where your business (and our work) is being promoted so we can discuss appropriate licensing terms and fees.
