It’s no secret we’re huge fans of Crested Butte – who isn’t? It’s the cutest town with incredible views. Doesn’t hurt that it’s also bursting with wildflowers every summer. They don’t call it the Wildflower Capital of Colorado for nothing!
We’re fortunate to shoot in Crested Butte multiple times each year, each one so memorable. Emily & Zach simply wanted a fun & easy going Crested Butte wildflower elopement. And they got it!
We were thrilled to have the opportunity to shoot alongside Jen DZ again, and she worked directly with Emily & Zach to create a brought sense of a timeline, did some amazing location scouting, and brought along her high energy good vibes. We first met & shot with Jen in Iceland! Kinda started our working relationship off with a bang, right?
Planning a beautiful Crested Butte wildflower elopement doesn’t need to be complicated. It should be fun!
We did the sweetest first look by a creek. They brought along their two black labs who pounced alongside them the entire day. We nestled in the flowers overlooking a small lake surrounded by mountains for their ceremony. We even got special after hours access at the cutest little coffee shop for drinks & some fun shots.
It was honestly such a great day. Hope you love their film!
