If there’s anything I’ve learned as a mom, it’s how to embrace the chaos. The Organsky fam did exactly that & it created the most beautiful, playful family photos.
Our boys started a new school this year, and it’s opened our world to an incredible community of people & learning.
We’ve always loved living in Fairplay – it’s close enough to the hot spots of Summit County, yet just far enough away that we truly feel like we’re in the middle of nowhere most days.
With the boys starting their new nature-based community school ( this place has been a dream come true for them & for us!), we’ve had the opportunity to even more fully immerse ourselves in this unique & beautiful place we’ve called home for more than 6 years now.
On a whim, we decided to offer a set of mini sessions to the local families at our school, and while it felt a little crazy adding more work to our already busiest month, I am SO GLAD I did it! I encouraged families to come as they are – chaos and all – for a short set of sweet photos at the beautiful location of the school our kids have all grown to love. The Organsky family was one who took advantage of the offer. With their two sweet girls AND new puppy, Timber – who zoomied around us the entire session – we all laughed & had the very best time.
Embrace the chaos – these are words we live by here at Basecamp. Such joy sharing this mantra with so many of you.
